Is there a problem with pulling up the /RESET pin of the NJU2103A to a voltage source other than the V+ pin voltage
Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs)
This is not a problem in terms of rating, for example, if load = high impedance, V+ = 5V, pull-up resistor Rp = 3.3kΩ, and another voltage source Vp = 3.3V, when the /RESET output is "High", a current of about 10uA flows from V+=5V to Vp=3.3V via Rp=3.3kΩ by the constant current source inside the IC,3.3kΩ × 10μA = 0.033V. This is error value.
The error when the /RESET output is "High" can be counteracted by inserting a diode as shown below. However, it should be noted that when the /RESET output is "Low", the Low level output voltage is raised by the forward voltage Vf of the diode.
